By placing an order or using our website, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
Pricing and Payment
- Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice
- Volume discounts apply as shown on our pricing page
- Payment is due upon order confirmation for new clients
- Net 30 terms available for established clients with credit approval
- We accept wire transfer, credit card, and PayPal
- A 50% deposit is required for orders over $5,000
Orders and Delivery
- Production time: 14-22 business days from design approval
- Shipping time varies by destination and method
- Rush orders may be available for an additional fee
- Minimum order quantities apply as specified per product
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers
- Title and risk of loss pass to buyer upon delivery to carrier
Quality Guarantee and Returns
We stand behind our products with a comprehensive quality guarantee:
- 30-day quality guarantee from delivery date
- Free replacement for manufacturing defects
- Full refund if we cannot resolve quality issues
- We cover return shipping for defective items
Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage caused by misuse.

Limitation of Liability
ACustomHat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Personal injury or property damage
- Errors, delays, or interruptions in service
- Any other loss or damage of any kind
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
